The security guard utilizes point shooting (pointing at what he wants to shoot with his weapon hand) keeping most of his body behind the corner of the counter. At close distances like in the video, you can see that the security guard only has a brief moment where he is utilizing his sights and in a traditional two handed isosceles stance. It also demonstrates that many times in a gunfight people end up shooting one handed.
