All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail using flat rate boxes or padded envelopes.
RETURN POLICY
Our products are made of handcrafted Kydex. There may be slight variations in each product during the molding and assembly process. The slight variations may sometimes result in there being differences in retention and overall feel based on the personal perspective of the customer. Each Kydex product is subjected to our rigorous fit testing and final finishing, allowing us to produce high quality custom holsters, magazine holders, and other related gear.
All Wisconsin Precision Concealment’s products are custom handcrafted. As such, returns will only be accepted if there are manufacturing defects. Please be specific in your order, listing your product specifications. If you forget to include information, we will be required to use our “standards” for the holster.
Please inspect your item within 72 hours of receiving it. Let us know if you notice any problems. If you want to return the product for reasons other than manufacturing defects, decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Returns without defects will be subjected to a 50% restocking fee. Ordering the wrong holster is not a valid reason for a return / refund.
Each holster is specially made upon the customer’s order. However, if an exchange can be made, we will try to make accommodate the request. Refunds will only be calculated on the cost of the item/s. No part of the S&H cost is refundable. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we received the item/s returned, we will inspect it. If it has been used or is damaged, we will inform you of our finding. At our discretion, we may ship back to you, and a refund will not be issued.
CANCELLATIONS
Because WPC’s Kydex holsters and gear are custom made upon being ordered, cancellations for orders already in process will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
WARRANTY
Our warranty will cover any manufacturing defects at the time you receive our product. This does not cover specific personal preferences of the consumer. We are semi-custom maker. There may be slight variations in the overall feel based on personal perspective of the customer.
Please consult the Kydex T technical specification data for durability of the material used in this product line.
These products are meant to be tools for use in tactical applications. The scenarios meant for these products to be used can be extreme and less than ideal. Therefore, it is hard to define everything that could possibly affect the performance of these products in the scope of its “normal use”. Any specification outlined by the laboratory results conducted by Kydex LLC, may not apply to our product depending on how it is used and could impact normal durability.
Our warranty will also not cover any problems such as those caused by abuse, misuse, ordinary wear, failure to follow directions, or improper maintenance. If you cut / modify our products in any way, our warranty is null and void.
OVERSEAS SHIPMENT
Our products are currently only sold in the U.S. domestic market. If you are outside the U.S. please contact us regarding overseas shipment. Since there is an increased cost for shipping, the buyer will be charged accordingly.
NOTE: WE WILL NOT SHIP BODY ARMOR OVERSEAS. Body Armor / Rifle Plates fall under the jurisdiction of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and are subject to the export control laws of the U.S. Government. Export or re-transfer of Rifle Plates or Helmets with Accessories by any means to any foreign end user, or for any other end use, whether in the U.S. or abroad, without the written approval of the U.S. Department of State, is prohibited.
It is the SOLE responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all transactions conform to U.S. and Federal, State and Local Statutes, Codes, and Ordinances and the purchaser’s local laws and regulations. By buying body armor from us, you certify that you are a law-abiding citizen and have no felony convictions. We do not sell to felons or minors. It is against the law for a person convicted of a ‘crime of violence’ to possess Body Armor under federal law. It is also illegal under state law for a convicted felon to own armor in many states.
We reserve the right to sell or not to sell our products to anyone we choose. If you are not able to legally possess a firearm under state or federal law, please do not buy our products. By making a purchase with us, you certify that you are a law abiding citizen and legally able to possess firearms / body armor.
